I'm Wesley Davis, CFA, your Indian River County Property Appraiser. I'm a lifelong resident of the county and have, over time, acquired the experience and qualifications needed to serve you in the best way possible. To give you some background, I was a School Board member from 1994-2000. I served on the Value Adjustment Board and worked on the property appraiser's budget as a county commissioner from 2004-2016. I am licensed by the state to appraise real property.
For the staff, I have assembled an experienced team to ensure the important work of the office is conducted professionally and on time, while also placing a sincere emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
As your current county property appraiser, my staff and I would like you to know that your property is our priority and we are working towards a user-friendly PA office that truly serves the home and business owners of this county.
